Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Exchanges / sizing
We do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind. Please double-check sizing before placing your order.

Returns
Since our products are made to order, we do not accept general returns.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
